Based out of Rutgers University -- New Brunswick and founded in 2017, the RUULR has focused on creating a community where we promote analyzing and writing about issues related to law and politics. We are working with students from across the three Rutgers campuses and from universities across New Jersey to publish research-based analyzes on issues important to all of us.
